For those of you that sell your items do you put a tag on the item? you know anything that says who it's made by? care instructions? ect? I saw something on a crocheting tutorial via YouTube that the gal mentioned putting a lil note saying how to care for the item and that the ends fall out after several washings but it does not harm the project ect. I have no idea how to tactfully put it and this woman has a ton of tutorial videos w/ coments I have no idea where I saw it within her "channel"

I did when I sold hand knitted scarf & hat sets, but now I strictly sell handmade sea glass jewelry. I don't mention how to clean the sterling silver chain...usually a polishing cloth will do the trick. But it is a good idea to include a tag or note on to care for clothing products. Besides being helpful, I always thought it was good customer service and something that the consumer may remember you by, when they considered buying something else again.

I think it is helpful to the customer. I always put the care information. It might be obvious how to care for the item, but you know you have to spell it out for some folks to understand.

i make a lot of my own cards, gift tags, magnets and whatnot and i always tag them. my gifts always say tags (or whatever they are) by cher. my cards all say 'goodthoughts' on them. i think its important to tag your items.

Care instrutions would be helpful information to have. I think shoppers would appreciate the information.
