I'm trying to eat right and lose weight, and I have had some success. I find I am getting hungry between meals, so I wondered how other health minded people handle this. What snacks work for you? What is healthful and satisfying that tides you over until mealtime? I'd really appreciate some good ideas.

I don't eat between meals .My hubby on the other hand loves to eat ,and is always hungry for a snack.I give him things such as a tablespoon of peanut butter to kill the craving. Or a hand full of nuts. He is not allowed sugar or cholesterol containing foods ,we eat basically raw foods for meals .So just as are diet is limited so are are snacks.I believe if you can't read it don't eat it,and find myself lost after the first ingredient 2 on a box of snacks. You if you have no health problems can eat anything from fruit to veggies or even a high fiber snack of some sort. Glad to here you are having good results with your weight loss. A healthy body makes a healthy mind.

In addition to the others, try carrot sticks or celery sticks... salads with oil and vinegar dressing, fruit of any kind or if you want something salty, popcorn. Any of those things are low calorie and healthy.
