nuisance calls at odd times from a fixed telephone number

how do I prosecute a caller calling at odd times of the day and using abusive language with my family members? I have already noted down the number from whicj the calls are being generated.

Go down to the police station and take that note pad with you. The police can trace the number and find out who is calling from the number at said times. There may not be much you can do besides filling a protection order.
