What will happen to pay sites like mylot, with the economy the way it is?

Lots of jobs are closing because of the recession. People can't afford to pay people. So what will happen to sites like this or surveyspot or cashcrate ect... Especially cashcrate who pays a penny a post? Can they survive? And will each post still be worth a penny? Or will sites start cutting down their offers. Here the adds are pretty much hidden at the sides of the page. Granted, they are still there and 1 cent a post isn't a crazy amount of money. But still, they are pay sites.

Sites like surveyspot, etc., come and go. I don't think the economy will have that much of an impact... in reality, "the economy" isn't nearly as bad as they'd have you believe. Unemployment is still under 10%. It was higher than that in the early 70's and no one panicked then.

I think the media is making a bigger deal out of it than it actually is. Possibly because there is not much else going on. But it is still something to think about.

Hopefully, more people will begin to use myLot, and the whole community can support this website to keep it thriving. I think the worst thing that can happen is the pay per post going down. Before a website actually shuts down (that's their last resort), they have to go through all their options.
