which is better: tatto or smartbro?

I am planning to buy a prepaid broadband for my laptop. Tatto and smartbro are USB internet connection that can be plug to the laptop. Some of my friends say that smartbro is better than tatto in terms of speed. Tatto is from globe while smartbro is from smart. But my question is, have you ever experience using tatto of smartbro prepaid?which is better among the two in terms of speed and connectivity?thanks!
