Was 0bama Implying Doctors Provide Poor Medical Care So They Can Make More Money

I saw and heard what 0bama said. He was implying that M.D.s would let their patients succumb to diabetes in order to reap higher profits. Also, his numbers apparently were inaccurate. Is it me or did 0bama's statement have a kind of Nixon Paranoia tinge to it? Or, maybe he is trying to start a class war. 0bama has already said he is gonna raise taxes on those making greater than 200k. Oh and BTW, I think a lot of doctors might fall into this group. Now he is trying to make them out like to be, well, greedy and evil? What is your take on this?

He is actually saying that the government is to be trusted for your healthcare instead of your doctor.
He is trying to initiate another us against them mentality... that is how libturds operate.

You are so right. It's gonna be really sad when someone goes to the equivalent of an IRS employee for advice regarding the odd shaped mole on their back. 'oh, you look fine, no need to see a doctor. all they would do is biopsy it. It's probably nothing to worry about. You're saving the gov't a lot of money by not getting an unnecessary procedure.'

What I don't understand is Obama trashes doctors, but it's not like his plan will bring a different set of doctors. The very doctors he slams are the ones he wants us to continue to go to.

He might make them irrelevant by putting a gatekeeper in between the patient and the doctor, like so many HMOs do now. Somebody, who is not a doctor, tells you you don't need a doctor.

I think that Obama will make everything and anyone out to be what best supports his wishes. IMO Obama will end up making Nixon look like a choir boy.

Most doctors HATE obama for the stupid accusations he makes about them.He said a doctor gets 30-50K for amputating a foot!!!! It's actually $650-$1000 !!This community organizer should just keep his mouth shut.Everyday he says something retarded. He can't be listening to his advisers.

I wouldn't be surprised if the doctor charges 30-50k to amputate a foot just so he can afford the malpractice insurance he has to carry. I still don't see why we should 'fix' healthcare instead of fixing the very thing that makes healthcare so expensive, all the frivolous lawsuits that force doctors to have sky high prices for insurance.
