I don't eat fruit everyday cause it's not available in our house. When i ask my mom why doesn't she buy fruits when going to the market, she always respond that it's too expensive. Though i wonder why we have so many chocolates and sweets compare to healthy fresh fruits. hmmm...
I don't think i eat enough fruit. Sometimes i think i'm Fruit-deficient *if there is such term*.
But my favorite would be banana. It's healthy, yummy and easy to peel.

You should persuade your mom to purchase fruit instead of sweets :o Haha. Bananas are awesome, they contain a lot of potassium. I eat them to avoid cramps before swimming or running.

Yeah, i have always been persuading my mom. But she controls most of the groceries. They should realize it themselves to be able to buy some good healthy fruits. Bananas have plenty of benefits like the one you have said.
I also suggest to change the apple in the famous phrase "An apple a day, keeps the doctor away" into "A banana a day, keeps the doctors away.

Lets see I usually have raisins, cranberries, dates and banana in the morning. Then in the afternoon either a fruit yogurt with raspberries or blueberries or a grapefruit. Today I had the raisins, cranberries and dates. Then I had a grapefruit in the middle of the day and I just finished having a mango. So yes I think I eat enough fruit in a day. As you can see I love fruits.

That's really good, cause I know a lot of people don't get enough fruits per day. I really like how you incorporate the fruit with other food items, such as yogurt... do you add fruit in your cereal as well? Try it, it's good :)

I believe the recommended daily intake for fruit is around 2- 1/2 cups. It's hard to convert whole fruit into cups! :P

hi. i am a realty foody.i love to have food including fruits......i have three fruits daily
1.apple
2.banana
3.and one seasonal fruit.....
i have a really heavy crush on grapes an i love to have grapes............and some of my friend currently told me to have pine apple a day it will be much more helpfully.............for this days.

Grapes are one of my favorites as well, they're so convenient. No peeling or cutting involved. Just pop it in your mouth, and that's it!

I know that I definitely do not eat enough fruit per day, and I rarely ever come close to the daily reccommended amount. I think that I honestly eat fruit maybe once a week or sometimes twice, or sometimes even less. I normally save all the fruits for my daughter because I'd rather her be super healthy and all that good stuff lol. If I do eat fruit though I like real green bananas and pears the most :)

I eat fruit every day. I do not know, I eat fruit enough, or not. every day I eat 2 kinds of fruit. perhaps that's enough. because, if too much is not good.

I eat a lot of fruits. Mostly seasonal fruits when they are the month picking times for fruits. I buy a lot and sometimes i make preserves fruits, fruit salads and fruit shakes. I really to eat fruits like mangoes, papayas, bananas, jackfruit, pineapples, watermelons, apples and oranges. almost all kinds of fruits I eat. I think of fruits as best sources of sweets than candies. They have natural sweetness and a good source of anti-oxidants which are very good in the over all health of the body.





I will eat bananas about 2-3 items per a day but somedays i will eat some fruits plus.I don't know how many fruits i should eat per a day.
