Discussion about the situation of indian aviation which it is facing now.Indian Airlines making huge loss and reducing their manpower.Many Pilots, Co-pilots, Trainee Pilots, Cabin Crew became unemployed.On other hand they are hiring Expats and payiny them more than Indian Pilots or other crew are paid.
