I think it's more than our 'started' list which is not moving foward.

As we all know by now if someone responds to our discussions they don't move to the top of the list anymore.
I did a discussion a while ago pointing out that an acknowledgement for best response moves the discussion into activity again - I think this is no longer the case but can't be sure.
Also last night I got a response to an old dead discussion which had previously had only one response. In my own lists I noticed it was on page 9 of my discusions started and it stayed there, but I don't know if it moved ahead in other lists, for instance 'friends started'. If any of my friends list see this they could answer by seeing if in the friends started list there is now one of mine entitle ' Do you still get old fashioned service'. I don't think it will be there and my feeling is that the changes made are to stop the older discussions from coming back into play.
I hope this makes sense. Any thoughts.

I don't usually handle changes like i should. I'm a firm believer if something is working leave it alone. In other words i'm just old & 'sat' in my ways., lol.

Hi Thea!
Nothing seems to be moving forward if it receives new activity now. Even the 'activity' itself seems to be at a standstill. All the discussions everywhere appear to be in chronological order based on when they were posted. There are also no more pages after page 10. That's sad as worthwhile discussions have vanished.
If it is to stop older discussions coming back then I don't think that was a wise move at all. Many relevant topics were started a long time ago but were still very actual. Maybe this is not finalised yet and is only the beginning of further new things. As the site is still slow maybe major improvements are underway

I noticed the page ten thing too. Hope you are right about the changes not being final as the way it is now makes it pretty pointless, we get email alerts which won't open anyway and now no movement. Mylot should send an alert so we know if this is just a temporary change or a permanent one.

That seems to be a thing of the past too as I am not getting any again today

Ijust read a tip on anothr discussion. If yougot to your 'unresolved' page you will find all your discussions there, as long as you have not awarded the BR.
Maybe it's an idea to start bokmarking all our discussion before they disappear to no-man's land never to be retrieved again

Well this is the first time I have been able to log on today as every time I tried it basically hung there doing nothing so gave up before I got too frustrated. I must admit last night when I was rummaging for interesting discussions I was getting annoyed by the changes in the system. But thankfully things definitely seem to have reverted back to normal with updates moving to the top. Hopefully ti was just a Temporary glitch and not a change that myLot plan to reintroduce as tome point.
