How to avoid sleep during office hours and be energetic

many of them look energetic and fresh whenever they wake up in the morning but once they take breakfast they gradually become dull and when they take again lunch they again become down and finally start sleeping during office hours, Do you know why do you become dull when you eat something ? no ,then i will tell whenever you eat food especially which is cooked your body uses all the energy to digest it ,so if you work while the process goes on i mean digestion all the energy will be used for work which you are doing ,so your stomach couldn't get enough energy to digest it in simple words if you take heavy cooked food then all the energy which you want to work in the office will be used by the body to digest it say for example 80% and finally body gives you remaining which is 20%,that's the reason you will be dull while the digestion goes on so my suggestion is don't eat heavy cooked food during breakfast or lunch if you want to be active and perform well in office eat this breakfast:vegetable or fruit juice,grains soaked in water ,dryfruits,etc., avoid coffee or tea during office hours. lunch:if possible take again fruit juice,salads,little amount of rice dinner:take as much as you can to regain what you have missed during whole day during holidays you can eat anything because you can give ample amount of time for body to digest how is this secret?

I think you got it backwards. Food is fuel for the body. So if you're working you're burning fuel. If you don't eat enough you'll run out of fuel. I'm not saying to eat too much but not eating enough will weaken you. Eat less for dinner since you will not need alot of fuel at that time because it will be time for your body to rest.
