I had a conversation with a friend about a week ago. I can't forget one of the things he said that mineral waters are acidic. I don't know if he has basis or what. But he stated two examples of mineral water which he claim that these are acidic. Well, I don't think they are. Acidic are commonly connoted having a sour like taste but I haven't tasted a mineral water which tastes sour. Have you heard of this guys? what do you think about this? Is it a fact?

It might be.. just not to a really large degree, it could just be a little acidic from different minerals in the water. Minerals do change the pH of water though for sure; tap water could have a little bit of calcium so it can change the pH to something more basic like 8
