I feel like waste so much but yet they are wanting to turn GREEN.....ok, I can see turning green to help the environment and make a cleaner earth. But then, why do we waste more than like fixing things...such as: a TV breaks--go buy a new one since you can't find someone to fix them anymore or when you do...too expensive a couch breaks---cheaper to go buy a new one than to fix it. the upper class throws out good things instead of donanting or reselling... I go through things in my house and take to the samaritian store in my town or resale shop to earn extra bucks? Why don't the government start "Saving" and "helping" our earth at the same time?

That is a big thing a lot of enviornmentalist are talking about. Did you know that if you just need your gas guggling old car its actually better on the environment then all that would go into making a green car. I just think people hate the word thrift and used and its given such a negative connotation so society refuses to change their mindset. Without the mindset changing nothing will.

We have all these old cars and no one has the money to even spend on "green" cars, detergents, etc.. How do they expect the low income to go green with the prices and they can barely afford the clothes on their back. I like to wear "thrift" and "used" clothes, who cares as long as i look clean and most of the time "comfortable"
