We are all human beings, and we sometimes were distracted by our emotion states at the moment. Especially at work, we have to be more careful, when we deal with important matter at hand with our emotion at that particular moment. We were easily distracted, or tend to make mistakes. Would you be easily distracted by your emotion at work?

my job is fairly easy, so i can wonder of in the pixie land. but still concerntrate on what i'm doing, i tend to move and bit slower (my work mate usually tries to push me and i don't like it cause that's when things go wrong, even when i'm in a good mood) and don't take things very well when stirred up.

Absolutely you are right my dear, it is easy for us to become distracted and make mistakes but once you stop being so emotional you will find things improve. I think that car of yours is distracting you a lot my dear and you must stop getting emotional about it, if people want to gossip about them let them but if it is still so emotional for you to hear you really would be better off taking the bus. And you never know you could meet a nice young man that way.

I seldom make emotion distract me from what I'm doing. Especially if it concerns matter of big importance, emotion should not play that big role. I for instance would be emotional on things but most of the time it's ruled by my head. Emotion distracts me when I'm too weak to think or too tired to tolerate things that does not seem to go my way. But overall, as much as possible I would not let emotion rule out my decisions and actions.
