People like spicy food,please don't forget to taste chafing dish.
IMO, the chafing dish is authentic in my hometown-Chongqing China. The chilies and bunge prickly ash are floating on the soup with chili oil, put some meat, seafood, vegetable..into the boiling soup. Everyone prepare their own taste, just add salt, peanut and sesame powder, chicken essence,caraway and so on. There are thousands and different kinds of chafing dish restaurants in my hometown. Miss this delicious dish.
Certainly, there are different kinds of chafing dish all over the world. Do you eat chafing dish above mentioned? How do you like it?

hello,shirley,I am a Chinese too,nice to meet you here, I like spicy food so much,and I like like chafing dish,it is incredible tasty,especially when we eat in winter,which makes me feel warm from inside to the outside.

Hi,Judy.Glad to meet you. Yep,eating chafing dish in winter is a wonderful thing. Yummy... Sometimes we eat it in summer,the hot food,the hot weather and the running sweat. It is exciting.
