I wanted to set up another discussion to let all mylotter friends know what is happening with my brother. He has finally got a court date. It is only a Preliminary Hearing. I believe this is where he trys to get lower bond,pleads guilty or not, or maybe just make an appearence in front of the judge. His boys did raise money to get him an attorney. I guess it is a wait and see game now. I want to go and support him but I don't condone what he has done. What should I do? Need your advice.

I am deeply sad for hearing this. i just hope your brother gets a lower sentence in the court. such events can really hurt the family

Is it does hurt the family. You think you know everything about your sibling and this something like this happens. It makes someone stop and think about all the comments and actions that person had made. You think was there something that I could have done to make him not think that way. All kind of things are go through the head.
