Can i give traffic to Triond Article using traffic exchange site?

I joined there yesterday.I have written an article there.I have still only 7 views there.Do they allow traffic exchange sites to give traffic?

Another alternative to get more traffic is to ping your articles. Ping means to share. You can use ArticlePinger.com to ping and share and gain more traffic. http://www.ArticlePinger.com
