My eyes are really sensitive... once I just rub it a little bit... it gets all sensitive and itchy... then I will use the eyedrop then let it rest a little bit but it doens't help very much, I need to control my hands not to rub them and let the itch goes away... The other thing is my eyes don't know how to wet... which makes me so upset because when I have a tired eyes, it doesn't do anything to clean itself... so I need to use the eyedrop CAREFULLY because if I touch the eyeball, it gets itchy again... you know what I mean? I don't think there is anything I can do with it besides having an eyedrop all the time with me...

I have diagnosed with astigmatism and I am nearsighted. My eyes gets tired easily so I need to closed my eyes very often. I'm wearing a glasses but I hate to wear it because it's bothering me and a hindrance for my daily activities. When I reached 18 years old I began to experience headache and I can't no longer see at far. When I can't bear it anymore I told my mother that I need to go to optometrist to check my eyes.

My eyes arent senstive in the itchy sense but...I find that if i go swimming and dont wear my glasses or just in general not wearing my glasses my eyes hurt after about 20 minutes. Exception to that is in the dark since i cant see anything anyway i'm not squinting trying to. If i drive at night i find the glare of headlights really bother me and i end up with a head ache if i drive for too long.

Hi there and smile! The best and natural ways by which we can have a good and healthy eye care is by regular exercise and by having a nutritious diet. Having nutritious diet means that eating food which is rich in vegetables, minerals and vitamins. Some of the natural eye care methods are described here. Firstly, carrot acts as a very good eye care and is highly recommended by a number of eye specialists. It is rich in Vitamin E, A and C. These vitamins have antioxidant properties and thus help in improving the night vision of our eyes and also make them healthy. Secondly, kiwis and oranges are also rich in Vitamins E, A and C. they also perform the same operation as that performed by carrots. Thirdly, leafy vegetable also act as an efficient eye care, these consist of lettuce, French beans, green peas and spinach. When these are consumed in high quantities they aid in enhancing our eye sight. Fourthly, poultry food such as eggs, chicken, fish, pepper, seeds and nuts also provide adequate nutrients for our eye health. The presence of surplus nutrients and minerals cancels out the harmful effects of free radicals and thus reduces the age related vision problems. Then we have homeopathic and herbal medicines which are prescribed by many eye specialists for the prevention of eye damage and thus constitute a section of our eye care plan.
