is awsurveys a scam?

I signed up for this site and at first it seemed real good and easy money. The first few minutes I had made 20 some dollars. I was so excited. I checked back the next to do more survey's and then was none available. I got to looking and say that the payout was $75. It has been 2 months now and I still haven't even made it to $30 dollars. At this rate I won't get to payout for months. I only get a survey once a month to do. I haven't heard of it being a scam but the payout is so high. Maybe we can found out for sure.
