how many times do you brush teeth daily???

i presume us all brush teeth atleast once daily.... but one of my dentist friend told me brushing teeth atleast 3 times daily keeps you away from about 90% of all dental problems he meant infections caries etc and moreover helps prevent bad breath..... do all of you think so..... is it good to brush thrice daily... for me i think its waste of time when i can earn money mylotting.... wats your take....???

Well I brush my teeth 2 times a day, that is the recommended standard to brushing your teeth. But of course it is better if you brush your teeth after every meal you have, as this ensures that your teeth remain clean. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I brush my teeth 3 times a day, especially when i am not at home and sleep some where, to have a fresh breath and maintain may teeth stronger.

I usually just brush twice a day once in the morning and once at night. I do try to floss once a day as well. I have a fettish with teeth, but working 14 hours a day I don't like taking my toothbrush with me because we have a restroom with 9 stalls and that is just not santitary to me.
