What sets ur mood for the day?

Hi mylotters!
Whenever I start out I always feel comfortable if I have started the day by not upseting anyone.If i have got into a fight it invariably leads to a downward spiral for that day.
Every thing will not go my way on that day.Its like bad Karma or something!!
So what sets ur good/bad mood for the day?

most of the time if i got a good nights rest or wake up on time then i have a great day, but once in awhile i wake up to a bickering duo; my two boys. If i have to break them up as soon as i get outta bed that just sets me into crabby patty mood for the rest of the morning.
