Anyone else watching Design Star on HGTV?

I'll be watching Design Star later on tonight, I'm DVR'ing it so my husband doesn't have to watch it, he isn't a fan. This is the first season that I've gotten into it, but I've been impressed with the talent that they have. I can't believe the way that they eliminated Tashika, but she needed to have been eliminated. I really like Nathan though, he really has a fresh feel on things, he just does so much better when it is individual challenges rather than group challenges.

I haven't seen "Design Star." Is it a craft program? Guess I need to tune in one evening and see what the program is all about.

No, I didn't watch it this season. Is the winner from last season going to air her show soon? Kim Myles from the second season was wonderful. I like her way better than the first season's winner, David. It would be hard for any contestant to live up to Kim. Do you have a favorite this season? Or was your real favorite already eliminated?

I really enjoy watching that show to... to me.. that is a real reality show.. those people have to cowboy up and it right or else. I also like Next Food Network Star.. again, the people have to have talent and use it. These other reality shows that don't require anymore than just to breath on a regular basis...are just boring. But these two are authentic and actually require talented contestants. I enjoy wtaching them both. I remember one show where the challenge was $200 to spend at a Dollar Store and they had to buy things to decorate a small room. That was amazing what they thought to use for creating and deocrating a room with a point! They just recently did the similar thing.... things bought at a grocery store!!!

NO, I haven't seen it. Have watched very little tv all summer. I stay on mylot too much, lol.
