How do you define acting black or white?
The other day I heard one of my friends tell a girl she was acting white.
Do you think its right to call someone out like that just because they don't act how you expect them to?

Wouldn't it be great if we were all just acting human?
I've heard this sort of thing from my students, and it seems some dislike black kids speaking too clearly and correctly, so they say they're acting white. Others who are white sound a lot like rap CDs, and kids say they're acting black. It's all divisive, and we should be past that by this time in the history of the world.
