I want to lose some weight,any advices?

I will on diet and jog.Except that is there any other ways to lose some weight?Not to cost much money.I am 50.2Kg in weight and 158cm in height.

Hi! Why would you want to lose weight. Your height is 5 feet 2 inches and you are currently at 110 pounds. That's not overweight at all! How much would you want to lose? If it's just 5 pounds, you can lose that if you run 30-40 minutes 4-5 times a week and lessen your food intake (but not too much!). I suggest you stay away from sweets and salty food that make you retain water.

By strong and big, do you mean your arms are muscular? You just need toning exercises for your biceps and triceps like tricep kickback and bicep curls with 5-pound dumbells. Try 3 sets of 20 repetitions for each arm. Muscles are leaner than fats, so toning exercises would help in making your arms smaller/slimmer.

hahaha,You are amazing.I love junk food.Sometimes I think that I could live just one time,why I have to control myself.Why I couldn't eat what I like and drink what I enjoy.So I am fat,and I can't lose weight.I just want to be happy.At last,I find that I was wrong.I have to be thin,to be beautiful.
