Swine flu vaccine

Hi guys,i'm from INDIA and i heard that there is medicine for Swine flu in Homeopathy.I heard "Arsenic AIB 200" is the medicine name.After hearing the name i searched all the search engines which states about the medicine but found nothing which can prove of the medicine.Guys if anyone know anything about the medicine or treatment about the Swine flu let's discuss.Because who know that we may help someone suffering from it or help others who fear about this epidemic.Thank you..

i too heard homopathetic medicine for swine flu but i dont think its ready till now.india is not prepared for swine flu as they import medicines & testing kits from other countries.they dont have their own
if this homopathetic medicine comes even u would be knowing that homopathetic medicine takes a lot of time compared to alopathetic medicines but it will surely have no side-effects
