This has been my relatives complain since they went here to the Philippines almost 9 months ago. they said that the Service has deteriorated and no ones offering them free towels no more. almost every passenger is for him/herself. and if they asked help from staff or personel, they would asked some alms for money..this was very sad hearing from my relatives.. well, even the facilities are deteriorating because it was years since i went to their washroom. it was good and beautiful years ago, but when i went there 9 months ago, it was as if no ones maintaining the cleanliness or orderliness or worst, maintenance of these Washrooms. . Thank God i rejoice tonight!when it was air on the News that a couple of NAIA Officials are caught asking money from the BalikBayans or Filipino Passengers from abroad.

That is good thing a CCTV camera do to us, why can't the government fund to buy a CCTV camera to be place in a government offices and some private sector, so that they will show how transparent they are. I am happy to know that they were caught in camera. They are doing this for decade. Now I know everything has its end. Filipino are happy to know it, but much more happier if we will see the result of investigation. We like to see the result so that those people like them will be afraid to continue their under the table jobs. To let them know everyone is watching. I hope it will not be finish but just a CCTV footage , we need action, What happens now?

I don't know. i bet they were punished. i remember this office some where in Las Pinas I think where all walls in the office are glasses.so that no one would have the guts to sleep in the office. if the Government agencies does not want CCTV or glasses in their offices wall or cubicles, then something or some ones not doing right in the office

I've seen the news earlier. I heard that they are employees of the bureau of customs, not of PAL. Anyway, it's not the matter of what agency they are in, they still government employees. And they should know what they did was wrong, under the law. This time, they can't escape the punishment, they have been caught in the act and had been recorded.

Actually, based on my Relatives Statements when we were heading after we picked them up from the Airport, some were really asking for something. and most specially when they left, they were still complaining like "how can we give you something if were leaving this country" you know if that happens to me i should get his I.D. and report it to the chief
