Had you try to introduce job for your family member?

Hi! If I have got the topic right, I'd never do that for my relatives unless I'm not 101% sure it would be success for both of us. I'm working hard to get my positive reputation at my work and I just can't let some lazy and unreliable relative to spoil that for me. So I', quite keen on that question and try not to help people I'm not sure in. As well i never ask for that kind of help, If I'm not sure in my own ability to manage the job.

My husband had a job he worked at for many years and his brother needed a job do my husband got him hired. After only three days he quit. Now my husband will not recomend any one else for a job. He says it is embarassing when they are lazy and then quit. I don't blame him.

I don't think it's a good idea to introduce him for another job. It seems like he's lazy and taking things for granted. He got the job easily and don't know how to appreciate your kindness. It's better for him to search the job himself. If he can realize how some people are desperate to have a job but have no success, he probably can put on more effort to his work.
