Do you have any bad experience with customer service?

Oh yes I did. One time, I was in a department store looking for something, and I thought I need assistance from their sales representatives. There were only 2 of them available, but there were no customers around. I called one of them to help me find that thing, but he just ignored me. He was busy texting and chatting with his colleague, and I was really irritated by his gestures. When I demanded him to assist me, he was bit annoyed that I could really hear sarcasm in his voice. He was like, "what do you want?" "we don't have that"...and he went back to what he's been doing. I was really pissed off that I went out and vowed to myself that I will never buy from that store again
