I usually give my son something for after school and when I am home, will have it ready before he even walks into the door. My son is a growing boy and will eat and eat if you let him....which i limit... I usually have like fruit roll ups, peanut butter crackers, jelly crackers, gold fish crackers, string cheese or cheese slices and crackers, pudding, sometimes he will even ask for mini mickey mouse pancakes or grilled chesse cut into shapes or cookie cutter shapes, chewy granola bars, yogurt pretzels, fruit pieces. I try to make fun things for him to eat and "decorate" into shapes, animals or what not--though i try to make it more healthful. There are alot of different things for snacks. what do you usually give for a snack?
