Do you criticize others?

Since none of us are perfect I guess everyone has at some time been critical of another, yet we are reminded that we should not criticize unless we wish to be criticized. It may not be in the same way, but we cannot even think bad of another without it affecting us in a destructive nature. No one said it was easy but we can all improve, so lets try thinking well of others, and if we cannot speak well of them lets not speak at all but lets try to take it a step further and not think it either!

Hi cloud_kicker, You are much like me in that way. I try not to criticize or judge anyone and feel very uncomfortable when I'm around people who do. You are to be commended in your desire to be a good role model for your son. Thank you for coming here and for your comment. Blessings.

You are correct that none of us are perfect in life. All have got problems and all. But there are some situations, when some people are so bad with us, we feel bad and we criticize. But in today's world, if we take all in good way, they may harm us.

I do make constructive criticism. But only if the situation asks for it. And usually, I only gives my opinions and criticisms to people who knows me better. So they don't get mad at me. Instead are thankful for showing my concern for them.

We all should criticize each other. The only problem with is that there is a difference in what you say. There is constructive and deconstuctive critisizing. Contructive is giving ideas and helpful suggestions that can help a person in the future, for things that they are doing. Decontructive is just putting down what they have done just because you don't like it, without giving any suggestions to make it better. Example: Contructive: 'This could use a little more '........' Example: Decontructive: 'This sucks' If everyone used more of the good critisizing, the world could be better, but some people and their carelessness just like to put others down. Some people even do it on purpose. It all depends on how you want to be. Constructive or Deconstuctive. Helpful, or unhelpful. It's a personal choice. We shouldn't just completely cut out critisism just people some people are jerks. No. We should be the better people.

Hi FluffyDoomKitten, That is very true, and thank you for pointing it out. Constructive criticism given in the spirit of friendship in very good, and we need more of it. It is the negative which points out the fault just to hurt another that is harmful. Blessings.
