Ciao US stopped paying a while ago, but supposedly, Ciao UK is still a paying site. Before it stopped paying, I was paid by Ciao US, so if that is any indication of the other sites, yes, it will pay, it just takeds time. If you are using the US site, sorry, you won't be paid a thing.
