what is your fav is it digi or analog one for the family portraits and photos, its good to buy some of the best digital!

There are very few analogue cameras left to buy: just a few very expensive roll film medium format cameras. Which is OK. Film-style medium format quality is easy to obtain with any digital SLR, and they offer features that no film camera ever could.
