I think that it actually depends on the culture. In some cultures and to some individuals, too much eye contact can be intimidating and may be considered rude.

Yea I always have eye contact with a person during a conversation. Family and Friends have told me that I have strong eye contact. That some of them can not make eye contact for a long period of time. I have no idea why; I don't feel it that strong. Would that mean something?

There are times when I do have strong eye contact, other times I don't have such strong eye contact. When I feel guilty or that I don't want to talk to someone I won't make eye contact or if I feel uncomfortable. Other times I have good eye contact.

Yes, I believe that making eye contact during a conversation or a speech is always a good practice. People won't think that you are talking to them or serious about it if you do not look directly into their eyes to convey the message.

I think I have great eye contact. I have stolen cuff's from my husband before we were married without him even knowing it. I also can win in a staring contest with most people, and with the family dog.
