Do you like you Boss ?

While working in a company we used to have one boss in under we need to work according to the instruction given by the Boss....Some boss are good in nature but some are very strict and attitude problem as well....I like my boss very much he always guide and gave support in everything i need to get from him..
Is that same as you boss to ????

Yes. I used to have a unit respomsible for management of our workshop in Egypt. I admire him. Have the ability. When the work of the strngent requirements of workers, the workers after work like friends. Under his leadership, our workshop is the production of both. And quality are the first place the whole factory. Those of us workers like him. Admire him.
Have a good boss, is the company's fortunate, but also employees of luck.
