The Obama administration has a $10 billion dollar plan to finance oil production.. In Brazil. It seems there's a pretty hefty oil field off the Brazilion coast, but there's a problem, it isn't easy to get to or to bring up. So Brazil needs a little financial backing for the project. Would Obama, Pelosi or Reid ever offer such a boost to any any US Company exploration? What do you the environmentalists have to say about Obama's plan? Hmmmmmm. http://www.blnz.com/news/2009/08/12/Lend_Billion_Drill_Brazil_9459.html

I'm not surprised. He's all for the US becoming a communist nation. Helping our own has become a thing of the past. It's help the world so they can take over the US.

I guess Brazil isn't full of crazy--voting--yuppies that would lie down on the field to stop drilling so mice and worms aren't killed. A week later, they're supporting late-term abortions, though. Yeah, too many crazies here for Obama to fool around with. And besides, why would he want to do anything that's good for our economy? If he drills and taps gas here and generates some revenue, creates jobs, and dramatically lowers our dependence on foreign oil, the republicans would be proven right all along. Sh1t. He can't have that. None of them can have that. The philosophy is simple: It's much better to do nothing and then blame the other side.

Maybe Obama, Reid, and Pelosi need to be introduced to that big oil field in Alaska, off the coast of Florida, and off the coast of California. I bet the US oil companies could do it without any assistance from the taxpayers if government would just get out of the way. Think of the money that the federal government could bring, through the leases if they would just let them drill.

What is wrong with building refinarys here in the U.S. We have oil what we need is a refinery to make the fuel. Why isn't this occurring to anyone else but me.

Apparently he thinks it's more important to invest taxpayer money in Brazil than in the US.

That is the main problem, there are not many refinery's left, and we should be putting up a few more to bring the supply up to levels that would save us money. But I guess it's easier to fill your pockets with cash for clunkers scams.

0bama HATES AMERICA, period. It is evidenced in every move he makes to destroy this country and dismantle the rights granted to Americans by the Constitution. If you do not follow lockstep behind him for his "fundamentally remade America" then HE HATES YOU TOO! The sooner people wake the hell up and realize that simple truth, the better off we'll all be.
