Surveys are getting skewed, I believe!

I just took a survey for Survey Exchange, a good site that pays in points convertible to cash. It was an OTX survey which I usually don't bother with but SE gives you a few points if you fail to qualify. So after a few screens it asked me if I thought the country was going in the right or wrong direction and when I indicated my choice, I was disqualified!
Looks to me as if someone is trying to show some false facts. In my opinion, if it was a legitimate political survey I should have been able to finish it. They will probably collect enough respondents that answer "correctly" and have that core of people who answered "incorrectly" to legitimize their agenda.
So watch out for the polls and don't believe everything they say. There is some manipulation going on, I believe. Any ideas? Do you think polls are skewed to serve politics? "He who poses the question controls the answer"--I couldn't find the exact quote but that's the gist of it.
