Whats best for weight loss

Is it good to loose weight if over weight, lets take to veg and shun non veg, its bestg and mind it its the only alternative for fatty people. Less the fat then you become thin!

Whatever i follow i will let you know..if you feels its good you can also follow it breakfast you can have one apple and one glass of milk and for the lunch ..you can have to roti's without oil(pulka's) with one full cup of surry without masala's..and in the evening if feel like eating something have an orange and for the dinner have fruits and vegitables.

But if you really want it to work very well while staying healthy, I would suggest you have your breakfast and supper on a fruits-only basis. You lunch can have your regular meal plus vegetables. Use mostly fiber-rich fruits to avoid the hunger pangs of citrus fruits. And drink lots of water in-between, everytime you feel thirsty or if you don't thirst, at least drink a glass every two hours.

hi friend there is a best way for weight loss plus for healthy life too. see i was over weight 2 months back about 13kgs but i drastically came down in 7kgs in 2months no exercise no diet i just took dxn products the schedule are every day morning before breakfast 10 Spirullina. and RG and GL 3-3 same continues in the night also with 50ml of morangi with our other normal diet. these gives more effect when you are vegetarian. dont think this as a food suplement one spirullina consist of 36 apples value.

If one knows that he/she is overweight, I think the person should have the initiative to lose weight to help his/her body. When losing weight, first thing to keep in mind is that it is not easy .. It doesn't happen overnight .. One has to truly work for it. The formula to losing weight is to exercise regularly + eat healthy + live a healthy lifestyle.Ü

Fat people must reduce weight as they are more prone to diseases. Fat loss can be done by reducing the intake of fat food, eating between meals and not exercising. I usually eat 2 bananas to control my hunger.

It is a very important thing for bigger people to loose weight. If they do not they will have problems with diabetis and highblood pressure. The best thing that works for me to loose weight is. Drink alot of water. It is best if the water is hot. Hot water burns calories faster. Another thing that works for me would be to eat alot of food in fiber. Fiber is a good way to get your ruffage on. Good luck with loosing weight. Happy lotting.

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3. Go for a jogging every morning after you wake up. Eat less fatty foods. You need to eat eggs (without yolk) in the morning. Light Meal at noon time would do. And Apples or Oranges only at night.

I think there's no diet program that's fit for everybody since everyone of us has a different metabolism and lifestyle. For you to combat being overweight, you need a lot of patience and dicipline to reach your goal. As per my personal recommendation,exercise is a must! Losing weight can sometimes be stressful so you must be motivated enough before you even try to start doing it.
