hello albert, There are two different life style. A employee is only do the job as rule or job description, here we can get challenge to upper position with a good loyal and good discipline for factory. But I think if we only employee we can get a lot of money. Business man have more challenge in here. But for business man a lot of problem to make a grow up the business. I think that is normal with the compensation money and more carrier. For a business man we must become rich. If not rich that mean you fail. Become the business man, we must have a courage. Not fear for lose. For become a business man is my aim. What about you?

both sides have their own pros and cons, for example if you are the boss you can take leave when you want, can bully inferiors, make the final decision whereas an employee has to get permision for taking leave, break, and will be one among the crowd... an employee wont lose much but the owner could suffer great loss...can go on talking about this

Both being a employee, and being a business man have their good and bad points. When you are a employee, you might not make as much money, but all you have to do is show up and do your job everyday. When you are the boss, you might make more money, but besides showing up for work everyday, you have the added things like making sure everything is run smoothly, and you have to deal with all the other headaches that go with being in charge. and sometimes all that added extra stress is just not worth all the extra cash.

Thats really good answer . what i feel though both has its good and bad, as an employee we go with what is being told to do and we lose the right to take decision. While a business man holds the right to take his decisions and keeps the step ahead. so whats your thought on this.
