Orkut Account Hacked...!!

Someone hacked my friend's profile on orkut and changed his "about me" section.Today he called me up and told to scrap his friends about this incident.He managed to hack the gmail account first and then he changed its primary email Id.now he can't login to his gmail and orkut.But he didn't change his profile completely. Now how to get a hacked profile back?Any ideas? Any idea or suggestions are appreciated.
