Okay, you might seen this program on Tv ( Food Network ). If you asked me, the best thing i ever ate was 8 years ago. My hubby brought home this New York Cheese Cake, and it was soooooooooo good! the textures when it got in my mouth just incredible. I wasn't sure where he got it. And I really hope one day I can have it again. Do you have something specific that you thing is the best thing you ever ate?

The food I like most was the Peking duck. When I put fine sliced duck meat and skin onto the pancake, I can feel how crispy they are. I wrapped them with spring unions and special BBQ sauce just for Peking duck. The meat is very rich but light, because ducks for Peking Duck are feed in a certain way. Food would be put directly into ducks mouth 4 or 5 times a day. Obviously, it will be much more than what they need. And the ducks would be grilled in a special made oven, the fire is made from fruit trees, the ducks will be brushed with honey. So the flours and smell of fruit trees and honey would be mixed, the meat will get a lot of flours. Every processes makes the dish so special. The identical Peking duck's recipe is still a secret but the a restaraut which creates it.

Yes, most of Chinese restaurant have it in the menu, but if you want to try the real Peking Duck, you have to go to the restaurant called "Quan Ju De"..... The chef there can cut the duck meat as thin as leaf, they will show the customers how they slice, it's really a art, the number of slice is more or less the same for every chef. They are so well trained....
