Flossing, do you do it?

You hear everyone keep telling you to floss, do you do it? In one oprah's show, some experts said that those who floss everyday look up to 3-5 years younger than a person who does not floss. I personally have this silly worry that, by flossing the teeth will start showing visible gap. I might not have super shiny teeth like jared padalecki, (i love his shining white smile. haha.) but at least my teeth don't have gaps. Does it make a difference flossing or not?

HI there, well i dont floss not even try it. They said that doing floss makes your teeth nice but i dont do it. And besides when i saw the price in the market its a little expensive so id rather brush my teeth regularly and also i used mouthwash for added fresh breath. Anyway, goodluck and keep on mylotting

Hi Dex. I have flossed every day for many years now, and it doesn't create gaps between the teeth at all. It is truly the only way to clean well between teeth, and then at dental cleanings, there is never much of any plaque buildup at all. I don't know about looking younger, but I do still have all my original teeth and a nice looking smile :D Karen
