Reading and music

I have to have some kind of background noise when I'm reading, especially if it's something dry and boring for school. I can't concentrate when it's too quiet. If I don't have something steadily making noise, like music or the television, I get distracted by the other noises of the world.

i think when you are reading,you needn't listen anything.because it's bad for it.you must be carefully in reading

I can do it,I have done it, to read at the same time as to listen to music and once you find the balance in between you will like it too, before my dad was very angry at me but when he saw my results then he does not tell me anything as he knows I can concentrate and so far as to bring good notes for him is okay, and about health then I do not listen to music too loudly and I try to be comfortable with both also.
