According to one survey of America, the beauty of the appearance has close relationship with personal payment, esp. the pretty persons will have more chance to get the higher salary than those common persons. The ugly person will get salary 9% lower than average and the pretty will get 5% more. The analysis report on salary and appearance reveals that the tall and slim persons will get more benefits from salary. How much will beauty matter?

Ofcourse people with good looks are more likely to get jobs, which require them to be in the publics' eye. And in every other aspect of life - the looks are primary. With them, doors open - without them, they never exist. And seeing pretty people around the office might increase the productivity by some amount. But I guess being pretty "on the inside" wont matter much, in the end.

define beauty? everyone's take is different. like what one person says is good looking, another may say they looking ugly. if your talking about work, why should it matter what you really look like. as long as you can do your job correctly and handle everything right. to get my job i needed to be honest and relible.
