After watch a comedy show or movie people feel happy and relaxed from pressures and tension.Why does this happens?

Because laughter is the spice and medicine of life itself. If a person feels blue or is going threw a ruff time, a good comedy movie or special ALWAYS cheers up!
As Patch Adams said (interpreted by Robin Williams in the movie by the same name I believe) when you are dealing with the disease you win or loose but when you deal with a patient you always win.

Yes, everybody likes comedy movies because they like to laugh. I don't think there is somebody who hates to laugh. Also, watching comedy movies acts like a stress breaker - you forget about your problems and tensions and be in a happy world. I am not fond of movies, but if I watch I prefer to watch comedy movies.
