Have you ever noticed you can't get all the detergent out of the jug?

Why is that? It is impossible to get all of the liquid laundry detergent out of the jug. It is a marketing ploy, or just poor package engineering?

i always add a little water and that works just fine. no detergent left in the jug.

Yep, I do that too, but it just seems like we should not have to do that to get all we pay for. Maybe I'm just lazy, but I always have a ton of laundry, and don't really like having to do something, even a little something, that slows me down.

To get the last bits out of the jug, I'll put some water in the jug then give it a good shake. That will clean up the last bits left in there.
