Liverpool Bounced back against Stoke City

I am certainly relieved by the win and as Tottenham won again maybe it was a case that they are the inform team at the moment and Liverpool were unlucky to play them as the opening game. But there still seems to be something missing in the Liverpool game and unfortunately it's Alonso. It just doesn't seem to be gelling properly at the mo. But what a diamond we've now got in Johnson he was fantastic last night.

i watched the match it was really great performance by LIVERPOOL . ....AND what can you say about GERRARD !!! simply great to me he is the no 1 midfielder in the world right now....what a turn around and pass.....that was awesome by GERRARD

Hi abhishek, I didn't watch it live on t.v because there is no live telecast for EPL yesterday and today. But it is very pleasant day. Liverpool beat Stroke and Man United lose Burnley. That is awesome result to have in the mid weeks. I think Stroke can't do what they did last year because of the early goal by Torres. They can hold Liverpool last year because they park their bus in front of their keeper. They don't want to win neither to lose. All Stroke players line up in front of their keeper all the time. But they can't do it today because of the early goal and they have to push forward looking for the equalizer. But that open the gate for other Liverpool goals. Johnson play pretty well today with one goal and one assist for his debut at Anfield. Man United got what they deserved in their game. I think they underestimate Burnley since this is Burnley debut in Premier League in half a decade. They even waste the penalty opportunity. All the other team should use this time when Man United loss all the back bone defense players like Rio Ferdinand, Vidic and Van der Sar. Happy mylotting and YNWA.

they can win cause stoke is not really good if you compare it with tottenham. but this is football, anything can happen. even man utd can lost to a promotion club, hahaha. i'm not really follow EPL, i prefer Italy football
