smoke and consentration

Sorry, I know smoke is bad activity for health and environment. I am be smoker since my aged 17 old. Started from attempt repeatedly then be addict. I want be stopp but my work need high consentration and that I get if I smoke. So, I think smoke can make person to consentration. Any comments about this ? Its smoke always bad ?

you like my father, he was always smoking when working. I always wanted my father to stop smoking. but difficult to stop my father. may be, my father also has the same mind with you.
