There is the idea that news reporting of terroristic activities serves the terrorist more... That news agencies merely act for financial profit and not the welfare of the people... Is it really better to ban sensationalizing terrorism? What do you think?

Can you site an Example of a Sensationalizing terrorism? the only events that i can remember is the Abusayaff. but if that's the case then I should agree with you. if they are not being televised probably it would have been easier to defeat them.. having media there creates more tension and drama........

thanks for the comment and your support. Perhaps if our news networks did not have to compete for rating/profits, there would be limited broadcasts on explosions/violence and other terrorism. Perhaps only the concerned people will be informed locally so that the whole country, in general is not partially paralyzed causing all kinds of damage to national efforts... There are probably many angles to view this... God bless
