Can you feel it when someone is staring at you?

Last night when I was sleeping, I suddenly felt really uncomfortable and woke up to my grandfather staring at me. I had left the laptop on to listen to music before I went to sleep and he came to tell me to turn it off. Still, I woke up before he said anything. Can you feel it when someone stares at you?

Yes, I can sense it if someone is staring at me even in crowded streets. Its amazing how we can do that, but we can. But I can't explain in though. Maybe our body still have some sort of primitive senses that was lost during our evoutionn.

Maybe it is a primitive sense like how my aunt's dog always jump up when I walk into a room even though he was sleeping. They have keener senses but maybe on some level so do we. Thanks for responding

Well, if they are sit around doing nothing and you're a sexy girl on s spandex suit and walked pass them, who wouldn't? maybe he was reminiscing on how it used to be when you're just a baby, probably he can't believe it that you've grown or that he's gone old.

I realize it when strangers stare at me on the streets but I was sleeping so I felt weird that I knew someone was staring. As for my grandpa, he just wanted me to turn off my laptop to save electricity. Thanks for responding

I sure can. It gives me the creeps. I think everyone knows when they are being watched. I imagine at night it is even more creeper than during the day because you expect that you are alone.

It is more creepier at night but I was all woozy with the sleeping so I wasn't scared even before I knew it was just family. Thanks for responding

Hello, well not if I am asleep. In a room I can feel if someone is staring at me.If I am walking down the street I may not notice if someone is watching me unless they make it obvious then I feel their presence.Only one time did I wake up to find my ex-husband staring at me and it kind of made me feel uneasy.

All the time; it's being sensitive to your environment. We project energy through our eyes, and the intensity of that energy is directly proportional to the intensity of our presence, our being, our intensity. It's not Extra-Sensory Perception, it's Extra-Sensitive Perception. Cultivate that sensitivity, it will get your far in life. Sensitivity is the highest life energy according to J. G. Bennet, the author of THE DRAMATIC UNIVERSE. We see with more than our eyes, our eyes merely receive visual impressions; however, real seeing is expressed by Willian Blake the poet as: "It's not with my eyes that I see, but through my eyes. "Something" in you knows! Cultivate that "Something".

Thanks for the information. I always just thought my vision is only what I see with my eyes.

To be honest, I don't pay enough attention to people to know whether they're staring at me or not. I'm completely oblivious...it just doesn't matter to me all that much. Let people stare; I'm not going to notice. hehe

I don't care if people stare either but it's just a creepy feeling to know someone is scaring when I am trying to sleep. Thanks for responding.
