well ya have to check it all out ya have to know alot about the medical stuff But mostly have to be able to type fast and correctly and find places to get the transcripts from

I think she is doing an online outsourcing job. Actually there's a lot of similar jobs you can apply for on the internet. But you need to have a full multimedia computer with high speed internet access. It's important because all the works will be done from the internet. One of the most popular such job is call center. Especially in India, there's a biggest outsorcing company at there which have cooperation with Europe telecommunication company. That European company using the India employees as their call center. This scheme can save much money since the company don't need to prepare special room for the employees. All the employees just doing their job from their home with their computer and internet access.
