Ya know, I may be wrong here. What can I say, I am not muslim. But, I believe they only fast from sunup to sundown, once the sun goes down, they can eat?

Hi Koriana. Thanks that you want to response this topic.Yes,we are moslem can eat before sun rise. And we will eat again after sun set.The essence of fasting is be able to exxperience the hunger and mortify the flash or kept temper. But fasting good to health too.You know that docter ask us to fast before surgical operation. Our body need a rest because it always work without rest.

Wisdom of the holy month of Ramadhan is to clean our hearts from sin that we do during this. Also gives us the favor of unimaginable magnitude and it was like to be among the angels. Making life was peaceful and did not have a sense of anger, that's the meaning of the month I think.
